RICHARDSON, Texas — Two Richardson police officers were recognized at the MADD Annual Law Enforcement Recognition Awards for their efforts in combating impaired driving.
Officer Galloway received the Distinguished Enforcement Hero Award, while Officer Villalobos was honored with the Outstanding Rookie Award. Both officers were nominated for their dedication to keeping roadways safe from drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs, according to the press release.
