HOPEWELL – Police have made two arrests in a recent shooting and a hit-and-run.
Marlone Ramone Peterson, 47, of Hopewell has been charged with discharging a firearm in a public place and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in the Aug. 4 shooting of a man at Thomas Rolfe Court. The victim had been shot in the mouth and was taken to Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond with a non life-threatening injury.
Peterson was arrested Aug. 15, according to a police statement, and is being held at Riverside Regional Jail in Prince George County on a secured bond…
