Harvard Men’s Lacrosse Ranked No. 18 in USA Lacrosse Way Too Early Poll

SPARKS, Md. – Harvard men’s lacrosse is already receiving recognition ahead of the 2025 season, as the team was recently ranked at the No. 18 spot in the USA Lacrosse “Way Too Early” 2025 poll. The Crimson is coming off another successful season on the field that results in eight wins and several impressive individual performances and honors.

The Crimson bounced around the USA Lacrosse Rankings throughout the 2024 season, rising to as high at No. 14 in the poll after it’s 6-0 start. The 6-0 mark was the longest unbeaten streak to start the season since 1990. Harvard also was ranked as high as No. 12 in the media and coaches polls during the campaign.

The group is set to return a number of impact players to the 2025 roster, including 12 of its top 13-point scorers from a year ago. That list is comprised of All-Ivy and All-American caliber players in Sam King, Logan Ip, Teddy Malone and Miles Botkiss. Former All-Ivy players Owen Gaffney, Andrew Perry and Tommy Martinson are also projected to be back in the mix after missing the 2024 campaign…
