HOUSTON, Texas — A routine call about an unauthorized vehicle parked on private property in Harris County culminated in the arrest of a man wanted on assault charges. The incident unfolded late Wednesday evening in the 600 block of S. Main Street when Harris County Constable Pct. 3 deputies responded to a homeowner’s complaint.
The vehicle owner, identified as 34-year-old Virgil Ward, of Houston, emerged from a nearby residence to reclaim his vehicle just as it was being towed.
