Test drive a Cybertruck at the nation’s largest EV festival in Bay Area

( KRON ) — The Tesla Cybertruck is one of the most controversial vehicles on the road today. Either you think it’s the coolest car out there or the ugliest thing you’ve ever seen. There seems to be no in-between.

Well, now you can test drive it at North America’s largest electric vehicle festival, which takes place this weekend in the Bay Area. Electrify Expo is stopping in Alameda this weekend, festival organizers said in a news release.

The two-day festival will be held on Aug. 24-25 at 2151 Ferry Point in Alameda from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

It will be more than one million square feet of outdoor space showcasing the latest EVs and their technologies from established automakers — like Tesla, Toyota, Kia, BMW and Lexus — and also “new players and early-stage companies.” In addition to EVs, electric motorcycles, bikes, scooters and skateboards will also be showcased…
