It’s not every day that you can fulfill your lifelong dream of being named a starting quarterback in the NFL, but Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix got to experience that on Wednesday.
After a pair of impressive preseason performances, Nix got the nod from Broncos head coach Sean Payton, winning the starting spot over both Zach Wilson and Jarrett Stidham after completing 23-of-30 passes for 205 yards and 2 TDs in his pair of preseason games.
Afterward, Nix’s wife, Izzy, took to social media to congratulate her husband on this massive achievement and inspire him with a kind message going forward.
