WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Warren man’s charges will be dismissed if he follows a program through the county’s probation department.
Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas Judge Cynthia Westcott Rice granted the motion of Ghian Mills, 20, for treatment in lieu of conviction.
