MANITOWOC – Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley intends to retire next year and the City Council is starting the process of finding his successor.
Buckley’s final day will be Aug. 8, 2025, which will make his entire tenure as city manager for Two Rivers 30 years and one day.
