MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The Bridgeport man who was wanted in connection to the death of a baby found in a bathtub at a Milford motel had his first appearance in court on Thursday.
Dale Kirkland, 31, faces charges of risk of injury to a minor and cruelty to persons in connection with the death of an infant found inside the bathtub of room 165 by cleaning staff at the Mayflower Motel in Milford.
“The defendant was the last person to see that child alive,” prosecutor Alana Paul said. “Was the last person near that child.”…
