Bordel Patrol Agent accused of conducting unreasonable searches on women

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A Border Patrol Agent has been charged after ordering several women to expose their breasts to him while processing their admission into the United States.

On Wednesday, Attorney Carla Freedman and Vance Kuhner, Special Agent in Charge for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Professional Responsibility announced the arrest of Shane Millan, 53, of Jefferson County. He was charged with four counts of deprivation of rights under color of law.

It is alleged that Millan, while acting under color of law as a Border Patrol Agent, deprived four victims of their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches. While virtually processing their admission into the U.S., Milan allegedly instructed three women to expose their bare chests to him over webcam.
