To kick off the season, the Coyotes ran wild, scoring six touchdowns in their 45-7 win over the Adelanto Saints, three of which came from senior running back Monty Coleman.
Despite only having three years of football experience, Coleman played like a veteran, with two first-half rushing touchdowns and a receiving touchdown in the fourth quarter.
“He’s a dude. The ceiling for him is just so high,” said Head Coach Sirr Guy Shakir. “He’s instrumental in pretty much everything we do.”
