The Florida State Seminoles and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have met for some exciting games in the last few years. Georgia Tech won two straight games against Florida State in 2015 and 2020. Florida State got revenge and beat Georgia Tech in 2022, beating the Yellow Jackets 41-16.
The two teams meet again this season in Dublin, Ireland. The players seem excited about the matchup, including Florida State true freshman cornerback Charles Lester III. Lester was filmed in the tunnel before the game, appearing to stare down some Georgia Tech players as they walked off the team bus.
Lester was a former four-star CB, per the On3 Industry Rankings . He was the No. 8 corner in the 2024 class.
