MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating a shooting and a car crash that took place just minutes after each other on Jackson Ave.
At 3:21 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at 3675 Jackson Ave. The victim received medical treatment at the scene and refused to be transported.
Memphis Police say no one has been detained, but this is still an ongoing investigation.
