PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Back to school season is in full swing. On Aug. 26, more kids in Hampton Roads are heading back to the classroom. The roads will be full of school buses and backpacks will be full of school supplies.
One rising senior at Churchland High School in Portsmouth gave some advice to younger students.
