Death Investigation in West Philadelphia
At approximately 9:47 a.m., police discovered a decomposed body hanging from a tree in the woods near the 1400 block of N 66th Street in West Philadelphia. Medic 41 responded to the scene and pronounced the individual deceased at 9:50 a.m. The scene remains secured as Southwest Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
