CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Several cars and other property are damaged from a “rampaging” pick-up truck on Charleston’s Eastside over the weekend.
“I felt our house shake. It heard like a bomb went off,” said Gary Urich, an Eastside resident.
