A masked man who shot a couple at their Deltona home last week was captured in Michigan and identified as the ex-boyfriend of one of the victims, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.
The accused, Malik J. McKenzie, 29, of Atlanta, was tracked down by detectives using license plate readers and surveillance videos. He was located in Southfield, Michigan, on Saturday where he was arrested, deputies said.
