BERKELEY SPRINGS — The South Morgan Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Fireman’s Carnival began on Tuesday, returning for the third year in a row.
The carnival, located at 10166 Winchester Grade Road in Berkeley Springs, runs through Saturday, with a start time of 5 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on Saturday. Admission to the carnival is free, while all-you-can-ride tickets cost $25.
