Police: 2 Albany residents arrested in narcotics investigation

ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Albany Police announced that two Albany residents were arrested in connection with a narcotics investigation on Tuesday night. Adrian Green, 41, and Millard Hammond, 46, face third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance charges.

Police say they conducted a search warrant on Tuesday at around 6:50 p.m. at a Hamilton Street home regarding an ongoing investigation. The police department says that at the time of their arrest, Green and Hammond were found in possession of cocaine.

Hammond has also been charged with two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Both are scheduled to be arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court Wednesday morning.
