The development at 1321 North Mission Road, designed by GGA+ (now operating under the name Practice), is a project spearheaded by Century Housing Corp. The property, which spans 2.3 acres and is owned by Los Angeles County, will offer 296 apartment units, according to a report by LAYIMBY.
