FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A student is in the custody of law enforcement following an alleged assault at Clemmons Middle School on Tuesday afternoon. Deputies from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said the child purposely struck another student.
According to a release, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officers investigated the assault and found the student had hit another student in the head with a laptop, causing injury.
