MIDLAND, Texas — A $2,500 reward has been offered to anyone that has information that leads to the arrest of 54-year-old Wilburt Ray Davis, a suspect in the murder of Kendra Vollmers on May 21, according to a Midland Crime Stoppers press release.
On Tuesday, May 21, at approximately 5 p.m., the Midland Police Department responded to a murder at the 4400 block of Parkdale Drive.
