‘Very proud woman today’: Tulare veteran on honor flight reflects on service

WASHINGTON ( KSEE/KGPE ) – On day two of the Central Valley honor flight, veterans and their guardians visited even more monuments and memorials.

“I went through some rough times when I was over in Vietnam, but I don’t think anything that I did could compare to what they went through,” Marine Corps Veteran Tom Mitchell, who’s from Sanger, said reflecting on the men shown at Arlington, Virginia.
