Dallas Carroll knew what to expect when she found out she was pregnant with her second child. The changes to her body were all supposed to be normal — until they weren’t.
As Carroll found out she was pregnant in April 2023, it was around that same time that she noticed a lump on the left side of one of her breasts. At her prenatal checkup, Carroll said she brought the lump up to a nurse practitioner who did one physical breast exam and said they thought it was just dense breast tissue.
