Penn State’s second home game of the 2024 college football season is coming up Saturday afternoon with Kent State rolling into town. As is the case with each home tilt the Nittany Lions host, recruits who hold an offer from Penn State and are on the board for James Franklin and his staff are expected to be in attendance.
