PONTIAC, Mich. – A 50-year-old man from Pontiac is facing 11 felonies in connection with the death of a father and sexual assault of his wife and daughter.
The incident happened Wednesday, Sept. 18, at a home on Ypsilanti Avenue in Pontiac.
According to authorities, Timothy Ernest Legard went to his neighbor’s home, stabbed the father to death in the driveway, entered the home as the man’s wife and daughter were getting ready for school and sexually assaulted them both…
