EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – Olson’s Ice Cream and the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire have formed a sweet duo to expand fun food options at the campus.
A new Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor is now open in the Davies Center. According to a news release, the new shop opened on Wednesday, September 4 following high-volume sales of pints in the campus T-store and record-breaking cart sales at campus events.
