( KRON ) – A man accused of killing his ex-wife nearly 40 years ago in Daly City has been arrested, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
The defendant, 78-year-old Rafael Antonio Martinez, made his first court appearance in the killing of his ex-wife Ana Martinez on Sept. 13.
Ana was found dead in a car in the garage of the house she shared with her ex-husband on March 12, 1985…
