PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority has announced the new Highland Reservoir pump station, aimed at improving water flow for its customers. This initiative is a backup to the main water system and part of a $46 million project under PWSA’s comprehensive water reliability plan.
“We’re investing a half billion dollars into the city of Pittsburgh. We’re very happy that all of these projects are finally underway and we look forward to the improvements for customers and ratepayers,” said Barry King, PWSA’s director of engineering and construction.
