BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. — The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office announced a man has been convicted after deputies found the remains of two dogs.
Deputies said on Nov. 29, 2023, they responded to a call at 141 Cragmont Road in Black Mountain, North Carolina, regarding the possibility of animal cruelty.
