151 Trophy Stays in Chilton

Following a conference opening loss at Brillion two weeks ago, playoffs were the farthest from the minds of the Chilton football Tigers. But the Tigers have done an about-face and now those playoff thoughts are a near reality.

Michael Vanden Heuvel had a night to remember and the Tiger defense did not allow a first down as Chilton defeated Valders, 29-14, Friday night at Valders to keep the Hwy. 151 trophy for the sixth consecutive season. The award goes to the winner of this rivalry with the schools being just 12 miles apart.
