ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Lehigh Valley lovers of cheddar, smoked gouda and Cooper sharp American are flocking to a new family-run business, featuring a menu chock-full of cheese-packed creations – from breakfast quesadillas and cheesy pancake medallions to hot honey grilled cheese and taco mac and cheese.
Cheese All That, specializing in cheese-centric dishes such as cheesesteaks, pretzel bites with cheese and cheesecake brownies, opened as a pop-up eatery in mid-August at Jay’s Local in Allentown’s West End.
