CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man shot on a lakefront parking lot Friday evening is the fourth person to be shot in Rogers Park this month.
It happened around 8:05 p.m. in the parking lot of Loyola Park and Leone Beach Park, 1222 West Touhy. Police said the victim was standing in the lot when a man walked up, pulled a gun, and shot him in the chest. He’s in fair condition…
