To start the weekend, it’s still going to feel like summer again as temperatures will reach the mid 80s for the 11th day in a row! It will be slightly humid as dewpoints will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s. It will likely be more warm than humid! Mostly sunny skies are expected for most of the day with clouds here and there.

Our next weathermaker will arrive tonight as a strong cold front will move across Wisconsin. A line of thunderstorms are expected to develop over central Wisconsin after sunset and move through our area between 9-11 PM. Some of these storms could become strong with heavy rain, cloud-to-ground lightning, and strong winds. The severe risk is LOW. Potential rainfall amounts range from 0.10″-0.75″, possibly more if we get heavy downpours.

The rain looks to stick around for Sunday morning during the Fox Cities Marathon. If you’re attending the marathon, you may want to bring an umbrella or rain jacket with you. Temperatures will be in the mid 60s during the marathon. Off & on showers are expected Sunday morning through early afternoon. By Sunday night, the rain will be done. Highs will finally be back to normal in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Fall officially begins at 7:43 AM on Sunday!…
