Cards Against Humanity Sues Musk for Trespassing

Additional Coverage:

Cards Against Humanity, the popular party game company, has accused Elon Musk’s SpaceX of trespassing on and damaging their land in Texas.

In a lawsuit filed this week, the game company claims SpaceX has been using their property in Cameron County as their own for months. SpaceX has allegedly placed construction materials and debris on the land without permission.

Cards Against Humanity purchased the land in 2017 as a protest against former President Trump’s border wall. The company says they have maintained the land in its natural state and posted "no trespassing" signs.

The game company is seeking $15 million in damages, which they claim includes the loss of vegetation on the land. SpaceX has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
