North Dakota State outlasts Towson 41-24 on homecoming

North Dakota State and quarterback Cam Miller eclipsed 30 points for the third straight game as the Bison rolled to a 41-24 homecoming victory over Towson in front of 17,185 in attendance.

Miller carved up the Tigers, completing his first 14 passes on his way to 219 yards and a score on 17-of-19 passing. The fifth-year QB is now tied with Brock Jensen for the most 200-yard passing games with 14. Miller has also attempted 193 straight passes without an interception.

“When we watched him on film,” Towson head coach Pete Shinnick said referring to Miller, “we were surprised he had any incompletions.”…
