Volleyball Blanks CSU Bakersfield for Eighth Win in a Row

FRESNO, Calif. – Upping its winning-streak to eight, the Pacific volleyball program swept CSU Bakersfield 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-20) Saturday at Save Mart Arena.

The Tigers (9-2) are on their longest winning-streak since 2014 when they won 10 in a row.

Graduate Alexa Edwards, the reigning West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week winner, registered a team-high 15 kills to go along with eight digs. She was one of two Pacific student-athletes to tally double-figure kills along with graduate Darina Kumanova who notched 11 and a .421 hitting percentage…
