CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A second person has been charged in the murder of an 18-year-old that occurred earlier this month.
19-year-old Davontay Tyrek Spencer, of Clarksville, was allegedly present during the shooting that killed 18-year-old Carlos Wills, of Lebanon on Sept. 10, according to the Clarksville Police Department.
