Have y’all ever practiced 4-7-8 breathing? It’s a breath work routine where you alternate breathing in-and-out on a repeating cadence of 4, 7 and 8 seconds. It’s helped a lot with my anxiety and is apparently great for lowering heart rates and helping people get to sleep. Why don’t you take a few minutes to try it out? I know I will be.
