The accent roofs here a clad in natural standing seam copper panels. There are sliding doors that opens onto the front patio and French doors on the second floor balcony. Columns are wrapped with MDX, a smooth wood composite material. The house was built on a 30′ standard lot with 3′ setbacks. The home is approximately 24′ wide.
