33-year old Timothy Rubenstein of Sparks was arrested today after an investigation led to probable cause for assault with a deadly weapon – domestic battery.
At around 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon, officers met with the victim of a domestic battery where a gun was involved.
The incident happened on Sullivan Lane, while two children were present. The children were unharmed…
