Warren Township, Pa. — A search warrant conducted on a man’s property in Bradford County revealed stolen solar panels and batteries, according to police.
Gabriel Moran, 31, of Warren Center, Pa., is facing charges of receiving stolen property following the discovery of solar panels and batteries found on his property on the 2000 block of Warren Center Road on Sept. 9.
