Police make second arrest after fatal Bronx scooter shooting: NYPD

MOUNT EDEN, The Bronx (PIX11) — A second man is under arrest in connection with a fatal shooting in the Bronx back in April , police say.

Robert Valdez – Pena, 27, was arrested on Friday around 7:45 a.m. He faces charges of second degree murder, four counts of criminal possession of weapon, and four counts of reckless endangerment.

The arrest comes after a shooting at East Mount Eden and Townsend Avenues on April 16. Two men rode up on scooters and opened fire at a group of men standing at the busy intersection, police reported

29-year-old Bronx-resident, Miguel Doleo, was killed in the shooting while three others were shot in the leg, according to authorities.
