MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shooting that stemmed from an argument between two Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) bus passengers left one person injured, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).
MPD responded to a shooting call at Frayser and Calvary Creek. Preliminary information indicates that the incident broke out after a dispute between two passengers on the bus.
After the argument, the suspect was removed from the bus, at which point they fired a shot at the bus. The victim was grazed by a bullet and was taken to Regional One Health in non-critical condition…
