A local arts advocacy nonprofit recently announced its first diversity programming director.
Windmore Foundation for the Arts named Culpeper native Etta Lambert, Ph.D., to the position intended to broaden programming to reflect diverse voices in the community and foster an inclusive and vibrant artistic environment, according to a release.
