LIST: These new Florida laws go into effect October 1

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — More than 30 Florida laws will go into effect on Oct. 1.

While many of the bills from the last legislative session that were signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis went into effect in July, there were dozens that will go into effect Oct. 1. Notable bills are listed below, with a full list at the bottom.
