SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – It was last year when Scott County Sheriff’s Deputy Caleb Conley was killed in the line of duty.
Since that following September, the Caleb Conley Foundation has been working to keep his memory alive, all while helping the families of other fallen or injured first responders.
