Heather Bills of Green Bay crosses the finish line of the 8th annual Bellin Women’s Half Marathon on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022. With more than 1,000 participants running in the half marathon and 5k events, Bills finished in 12th place in the half marathon with a time of 1:40.44, good enough for 5th place in the 35-39 age group.
