Maricopa County has recently been spotlighted by Forbes as one of Arizona’s preeminent employment destinations, an accolade that comes courtesy of its employees who rated the County highly in a comprehensive nationwide survey.
Acknowledging the Forbes honor, Maricopa County Manager Jen Pokorski expressed pride in the County’s ability to cultivate an admirable workplace environment, stating, “The County is committed to providing not only competitive pay but a work-life balance, opportunities for career growth, and benefits that provide a lot of value including low-cost healthcare choices, childcare benefits, robust retirement and pension plans, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and more,” as gleaned from Maricopa County’s announcement.
