The Del Mar Wine and Food Festival will kick off with the Tacos, Tortas + Tequila event at Monarch Ocean Pub on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 6-9 p.m. San Diego’s newest professional sports team San Diego FC will host the event featuring food from eateries such as City Tacos, Puesto and Lola 55, and tequila from brands like Ilegal Mezcal, Real Del Valle and LALO. Guests can enjoy a tequila sunset outside on Monarch’s ocean-view patio and meet SDFC Sporting Director Tyler Heaps and other San Diego FC representatives.
